Dental And Medical History Forms

During your first appointment, we will request you to fill out our carefully crafted new patient forms to get an accurate diagnosis of your oral health

Dental Examination

Next, we will take Digital SLR photos, intraoral photos and digital x-rays (if needed) as diagnostic tools

One-On-One Consultation

After the dental imaging is conducted, our dentist will discuss their findings and address your queries and concerns

Treatment Plan

Finally, we will put together a customized treatment plan with your insight and approval. Your dentist will inform you on your treatment options for achieving optimal oral health

Dental Insurance

At Just Dental Care, we understand that paying for dental work upfront can be expensive and stressful. Therefore, we provide the option of Direct Billing. This means that we bill your insurance company directly and you do not have to wait to be reimbursed by your insurance company. As our patient, you will only be required to pay the partial amount; if any that is not covered by your insurance.

In case you don’t have insurance and need major dental work, Just dental care is pleased to partner with ifinance (Dental Card) and encourage our patients to take advantage of this program. In House Financial Plan

In case you are doing extensive dental work and need to pay your fees in installments, we are pleased to offer an in-house financing plan. The plans are subject to approval and available on a case-by-case basis.
